Acura TL with Benz AMG wheels
May 20th, 2009 CycloneIt’s really hard for me to say anything bad about this one. The wheels honestly look pretty decent on the TL however there is one thing that is very strange… They’re Mercedes Benz AMG wheels… on an Acura TL!.
I’m well aware that people have been putting wheels on cars from different cars for quite some time now. However, usually the cars are at least from the same country. Example, people putting Benz wheels on VW’s. I see that a lot over at VWVortex (Which I think is kind of odd…) but expensive German Mercedez wheels on an Acura from Japan? Very strange… More money than sense I suppose. Sorry for the crap picture, good ol camera phone.

May 13th, 2009 CycloneI’ve never seen such creative use of mailbox letters on a car. The design looks amazing and the placement and spacing of the letters is absolutely epic. Honestly though, who’d think this looks good? I’m hoping the owner did it as a joke.
Worst license plate ever

Vox Volvo P1800
May 12th, 2009 CycloneKoenigsegg engineers Mattias Vöcks has a new project up their sleeve. It is called the Vox Volvo P1800. The car features a 4.4ltire turbocharged V8 producing around 550bhp.
Production will be limited and the price is unknown at the moment. Pictures below.
New paint job for an unlucky Honda S2000 driver
April 21st, 2009 CycloneThe below photos are the result of an unsecured paint can on the back of a truck driving down the street. I feel sorry for the unfortunate owner of this car being in the path of the paint splattering all over their car. Had it been my car, the dumb broad driving the truck with the paint can just sitting on the tail gate would have been riding away from the scene in an ambulance. I kid, she’d probably kick my ass.

F1 2009 Entry List

The FIA has published the entry list for the 2009 F1 season. Nothing major; BrawnGP is at the bottom of the list due to them being recognized as a brand new entry. Ferrari and Scuderia Toro Rosso also switched around the inter-team numbers. That’s about it… the full list is just on the second page.
Tata releases the worlds cheapest (POS) car
March 23rd, 2009 CycloneMost people know of Tata as the company that bought and now owns Jaguar and Land Rover. They’re also the company to release the worlds cheapest car. But don’t get so excited just yet, it appears to be a total heap of shit.
The car starts at around $2k, which isn’t bad. The companies business model, they have to sell at least 250k of them to turn a profit. Not a good start…
The car doesn’t include such features like airbags, power windows or air conditioning. Those are extra. Also don’t expect to set any 0-60 speed records because you’ll never see 60 as the 33hp engine only accelerates the car up to a top speed of 43mph.
The target audience for this car is India so luckily we’ll probably never see it in the states. If the car catches on over there, I say more power to Tata. But I highly doubt that it will.
I was trying to do some more research on Tata and searching on google, my keyworld “Tata’s” didn’t render very many car related results… Not that that’s a bad thing.
